VORONEZHSKAYA 31

Soybean variety Voronezhskaya 31 is an early-indeterminate variety included in the State Register for the Central Black Earth region. The plants have a semi-drooping form with gray pubescence, oval-shaped side leaflets that are green and of medium size. The flowers are white, and the pods are light brown. The seeds are spherical-depressed, yellow in color with a yellow hilum. The mass of 1000 seeds varies from 137.9 to 161.6 grams, and the height of attachment of the lower pod ranges from 14.9 to 24.0 cm.

The variety is characterized by high yield: the average yield in the region is 13.3 centners per hectare, while the maximum yield reached 31.1 centners per hectare in the Voronezh region. The seeds are characterized by a high protein content — from 28.8 to 33.8%, and fat — from 21.6 to 23.0%. If left on the plant, the pods tend to crack, which leads to seed shedding. During the trials, the variety did not show any disease damage, indicating its resistance and reliability from an agronomic point of view.

Voronezhskaya 31 is suitable for cultivation in the conditions of the Central Black Earth region, demonstrating stable yield and seed quality indicators. Due to its characteristics, such as early maturity, high protein and fat content, as well as disease resistance, this variety is a profitable choice for agricultural producers focused on obtaining a high-quality and high-yield soybean crop.
