ZARJANICA

Zarjanica soybean is an early-maturing and quick-maturing variety recommended for cultivation in the harsh climatic conditions of Siberia, specifically in the Krasnoyarsk Krai and the southern forest-steppe of the Omsk region. The vegetation period is about 91-102 days, ensuring simultaneous ripening and allowing for effective use of the short growing season. Plants reach a height of about 65 cm; the variety is distinguished by high resistance to lodging and shattering, as well as a high position of the lower pods, which facilitates harvesting.

Zarjanica is characterized by high and stable yield, with an average of about 20 c/ha (2.38 t/ha), with maximum values reaching up to 37 c/ha. The variety belongs to the intensive type with high stability of indicators, confirmed by multi-year studies. The seeds of the variety contain an increased amount of protein - about 38.5%, as well as a high oil content - about 18.6-18.9%, which makes it attractive for oilseed production.

In addition, the variety has good resistance to diseases such as fusarium and peronosporosis, which contributes to reducing crop losses and reducing the need for chemical protection.
