Spinach variety Ajur is a mid-early variety intended for cultivation in open ground and under film coverings. The plant is upright, reaching a height of 30-40 cm and a weight of 50-60 g. Leaves are large, oval, bright green with moderate blistering, juicy and medium-blistered. The variety is distinguished by its resistance to mosaic and stem elongation, which ensures crop stability and high quality greens.

Ajur is characterized by rapid leaf regrowth, allowing fresh greens to be obtained several times per season. Growing under film in early spring and regular watering contribute to a 1.5-2 times increase in yield, reaching figures of 2.3-2.8 kg per square meter. It is recommended to sow seeds from May to August with an interval of 2-3 weeks, which ensures a continuous supply of fresh products.
