Sugar beet KLEOPATRA KWS is a high-yielding hybrid of new breeding generation, intended for cultivation in various sugar beet-growing regions, including the Central Chernozem and Middle Volga. This hybrid features a normal-sugar type NZ, medium-late harvest period usually falling in October, and a technologically convenient conical root shape, facilitating processing and harvest. Average root weight is approximately 623 grams, with yield reaching 498 centners per hectare, and sugar content in roots reaching 18%, ensuring high refined sugar output — about 88 centners per hectare.
The KLEOPATRA KWS hybrid is characterized by high sugar content and juice purity, making it especially valuable for the sugar industry. The seed has been treated with the special EPD technology, which enhances germination and improves early vegetative growth, ensuring uniform row development. Early sowing at optimal soil temperature and use of specialized seeders, which simultaneously apply mineral fertilizers, contribute to achieving maximum hybrid productivity.
