SMART DANUTA KWS — this is an early and sweet diploid sugar beet hybrid of the sugar type (Z), registered in 2021. It is characterized by high sugar content, reaching up to 19.64%, and maximum yield in the Republic of Belarus up to 110.3 t/ha. The variety is characterized by stable yield and is suitable for cultivation under various climatic conditions.
The hybrid exhibits high resistance to major diseases and pests, including rhizomania (RZ), cercospora (CR), powdery mildew (ERY) and ramulariosis (RA). In addition, the variety demonstrates high resistance to sugar beet dock, which significantly simplifies agronomic operations and reduces yield losses.
SMART DANUTA KWS is recommended for cultivation in the CONVISO® SMART system, which provides effective control of a broad spectrum of monocot and dicot weeds, including classical weeds. Two applications with an interval of 10-14 days are sufficient, reducing fuel, water and other resource costs. The wide application window of Conviso® One allows adaptation to adverse weather conditions, and the absence of phytotoxicity even at multiple overdoses eliminates vegetation delays and application errors.
