ASSET SU

Sunflower ASSET SU is a mid-maturing hybrid developed for cultivation using sulfur technology (SU). It is characterized by high yield and oil content, especially under drought conditions, making it an optimal choice for semi-intensive and extensive farming systems in the Steppe and Southern Forest-Steppe regions. The hybrid has a high yield potential, reaching 50 centners per hectare, and oil content in seeds ranging from 51% to 55%, indicating its high oil content and economic attractiveness for oil producers.

ASSET SU is characterized by resistance to a broad spectrum of diseases, including various races of downy mildew (A-F), as well as to fusarium, fusariosis, gray and white rot, and false powdery mildew. This resistance significantly reduces the risk of yield loss and reduces the need for intensive fungicide applications. The recommended seeding rate depends on soil moisture levels: under insufficient moisture, it is optimal to sow 45-50 thousand seeds per hectare, and under adequate moisture — 55-60 thousand, allowing for the maximum efficient use of the hybrid's potential.

Sunflower ASSET SU is suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions typical of the Steppe and Southern Forest-Steppe regions, making it a universal solution for farmers in these areas. Thanks to its adaptability and disease resistance, it contributes to stable and high yields, which is especially important under variable climate conditions and limited moisture. Using this hybrid in crop rotations helps effectively control weeds and diseases, further improving the quality and quantity of the harvested crop.
