Dozor

Hybrid sunflower "Dозор" is a medium-early mid-row hybrid with a vegetation period of about 105 days. Plants reach a height of 160-170 cm and have a strong stem, ensuring resistance to lodging. The head diameter is 27-29 cm, contributing to high productivity. The hybrid is morphologically uniform and compatible in organogenesis phases, positively affecting yield stability.

"Dозор" is characterized by high yield, reaching 5.0 tons per hectare under optimal conditions, and good adaptation to various soil-climatic conditions, including the forest-steppe and steppe zones of Ukraine. The plant is resistant to both air and soil drought, making it suitable for cultivation under challenging climatic conditions and during dry weather. The hybrid is not demanding in cultivation technology, but responds well to mineral fertilizers, allowing yield increases of 0.6-0.8 tons per hectare.

Special attention is paid to disease resistance: "Dозор" has high genetic resistance to false powdery mildew and downy mildew, as well as resistance to rust, white and gray rot, and fomosis, confirmed by high resistance scores (9 out of 10). The oil content of seeds is 51-53%, making this hybrid in demand in the food industry for producing high-quality oil. The linseed content is within 20-22%, further improving product quality.
