ES AVERON SU

Sunflower ES AVERON SU is a mid-season hybrid developed for cultivation using Express® technology, which ensures effective weed control. This hybrid is characterized by high drought tolerance and tolerance to a complex of diseases, including false powdery mildew due to the presence of PL6 and PL8 genes, as well as resistance to rust races A-G. High oil content in seeds makes it attractive for obtaining high-quality oilseed. Plants have medium flowering time, relatively low height, and resistance to lodging, which contributes to stable yield formation.

ES AVERON SU is recommended for cultivation in steppe and forest-steppe zones, including central and eastern regions, where water deficit is common. The hybrid is suitable for extensive and medium-intensity cultivation technologies, allowing adaptation to various agro-climatic conditions. The optimal seeding rate varies depending on soil moisture: 50-55 thousand plants per hectare is recommended under insufficient moisture, and 55-60 thousand/ha under sufficient moisture.

Field trials of the hybrid in different regions showed yields ranging from 28.4 to 43.6 centners/ha, confirming its high productivity. To achieve maximum results, it is recommended to observe optimal sowing dates and provide soil fertilization according to the hybrid’s potential. ES AVERON SU is resistant to diseases such as verticillium wilt, fomopsis, sclerotinia, and anthracnose, and is insensitive to rust and alternaria, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss.
