ESPERA CL

ESPERA CL is a mid-early sunflower hybrid intended for intensive cultivation under various climatic conditions. The plant is tall, reaching 160-170 cm in height, with a straight stem and no branching. Leaves are large, green with slight blistering and large serration. The head is of medium size, 22-24 cm in diameter, and turns downward at maturity. Seeds are narrowly egg-shaped, of medium size, with a thin hull and brown coloration. The hybrid is distinguished by high tolerance to herbicides from the imidazolinone group, in particular Clearfield Plus®, which ensures effective weed control and helps preserve yield. Moreover, ESPERA CL exhibits good tolerance to diseases and stress factors, making it a reliable choice for cultivation in various regions. The hybrid's potential yield exceeds 50 centners per hectare, with average yields in trials reaching 24.8 centners per hectare and a maximum of 33.8 centners per hectare. Oil content in seeds is approximately 48-50%, making this hybrid attractive for the production of high-quality sunflower oil and other agricultural products.
