Krement — a high-yielding and drought-resistant sunflower hybrid, distinguished by a balanced combination of high productivity, early maturity, and oil content. The vegetation period ranges from 81 to 112 days depending on growing conditions, enabling flexible use of the variety in various agroclimatic zones. Plant height varies from 145 to 180 cm, and flower head diameter reaches 18–20 cm, promoting the formation of large, high-quality seeds with a 1000-seed weight of approximately 55–60 g. Oil content in the seeds ranges from 48–52%, ensuring high product yield and efficient oil production. Hybrid Krement exhibits high resistance to major sunflower diseases, including fusarium, fusarium wilt, downy mildew, gray and white mold, as well as to races of Sclerotinia (A-F). Additionally, the variety is tolerant to false powdery mildew and rust, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss and enhancing production stability. High resistance to lodging and good response to mineral nutrition make this variety a reliable choice for intensive cultivation technologies. The recommended planting density is 40–55 thousand plants per hectare, optimizing land use and increasing yield to 35–55 centners per hectare with potential oil harvest of up to 1.45 tons per hectare. Hybrid Krement was developed between 2015 and 2021 in the selection laboratory of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "FNC VNIIMK" and successfully passed state variety trials, confirming its high agronomic performance and adaptability. Due to its characteristics, this sunflower is an excellent choice for farmers aiming to achieve a stable and high-quality yield under various conditions.
