'Lassa' is distinguished by high oil content in the seeds — 49-50%, with a moisture content of 20-21%. The hybrid's yield potential reaches 53 centners per hectare, with an average yield of about 36 centners per hectare. The root system is strong and branched, which contributes to resistance against adverse conditions and stress.
The hybrid is resistant to a wide range of diseases, including fusarium, fusariosis, rust, false powdery mildew, gray and white rot, as well as to sunflower mosaic virus (A-F) and sunflower moth. Additionally, 'Lassa' exhibits high resistance to lodging, drought, and shattering. For weed control and stress resistance, it is recommended to grow using the Clearfield® (Eurolighting) technology with imidazolin herbicides, ensuring effective weed control and increased production profitability.
