Sunflower seeds of PAL - 0117 have an egg-shaped form, with a black base color and distinctly marked grey stripes. The average seed yield in the region is 27.8 centners per hectare, with a maximum yield of 40.0 centners per hectare recorded at Alexeyevskoy GSS in Belgorod Oblast in 2013. Oil content in the seeds is 47.9%, ensuring an average oil harvest of 14.5 centners per hectare. The hybrid exhibits resistance to downy mildew (races A-E) and shows low susceptibility to grey mold and moderate resistance to white mold under field conditions.
