Stable Yields with Minimal Risk

When working with the SF 2615 MIA hybrid from Lidea, what I value most is predictability. This sunflower variety, bred by Soltis in France, has become a real workhorse for our fields, especially in areas with high infection pressure. For an operator, the main advantage is the ability to control weeds using the Clearfield (Euro-Lightning) technology, which significantly simplifies the planning of field operations.

Field Observations and Plant Protection

Over several seasons of cultivation, SF 2615 MIA has demonstrated excellent disease resistance. Downy mildew, Phomopsis, and Phoma, which previously forced us to spend money on additional fungicide applications, are virtually non-existent here. As a simple hybrid, it shows uniform emergence and even ripening, which is critical when setting up the combine harvester for harvest.
