Sunflower seeds Surprise CL Plus are a high-yielding hybrid designed for cultivation under various climatic conditions, particularly in steppe zones. This medium-maturing variety has a maturation period of approximately 105-120 days, enabling effective planning of planting and harvest. Plant height ranges from 140 to 175 cm, and the sunflower head has a downward tilt, facilitating harvesting and reducing seed loss.

Surprise CL Plus exhibits high resistance to a broad spectrum of diseases, including Phomopsis, sclerotinia, powdery mildew, gray mold, and others, confirmed by ratings of 5 to 8 points on a 10-point scale. Additionally, the hybrid shows significant resistance to lodging and stem breakage, as well as high heat and drought tolerance, making it a reliable choice for regions with variable weather conditions. Oil content of the seeds is approximately 49-50%, ensuring high efficiency during processing.

The hybrid has an extensive adaptation type and is flexible regarding planting dates, allowing optimization of planting density according to soil moisture levels: from 35,000 to 55,000 plants per hectare. Treatment of seeds with Cruiser (Thiamethoxam) provides additional protection against pests and diseases. The yield potential of Surprise CL Plus reaches 3.4-3.9 tons per hectare, making it attractive for farmers aiming for stable and high sunflower yields.
