Field Performance of the «Terrasol» Hybrid

When we first integrated the «Terrasol» sunflower hybrid from «Мірасол-Сід-Україна» into our rotation, the main goal was to combat field diseases like Sclerotinia and Phomopsis. These fungi often cause significant yield loss in humid conditions. • Flexible Maturity: With a vegetation period of 90–110 days, it offers great flexibility for our sowing window. We can manage the harvest schedule effectively without the stress of overlapping deadlines.
• Structural Integrity: The plants reach a height of 170–180 cm and possess excellent stalk strength. Harvesting is seamless, as lodging is not an issue, allowing for high-speed operation with low combine header losses.
• Quality Yield: With an oil content of 45–50%, the crop meets market requirements perfectly. The seeds are consistent, easy to clean, and store well, which is essential for maximizing profit per hectare.
