VADOR

Sunflower VADOR is a medium-early, simple interlinear hybrid of linoleic type with a maturity period of about 108-110 days. It is characterized by high yield potential, reaching up to 44 c/ha, and has oil content at the level of 49-50%. The 1000-seed weight is approximately 70 grams, indicating good seed quality. The hybrid is recommended for cultivation in various climatic zones of Ukraine, including Polissia, Forest-Steppe, and Steppe.

One of the key features of VADOR is its high resistance to major diseases and adverse factors. The hybrid possesses genetic resistance to downy mildew (level A-E), false powdery mildew, as well as lodging and shattering, which significantly reduces yield losses. Additionally, it is tolerant to drought and overcrowding, making it a reliable choice for regions with variable moisture levels and challenging weather conditions.

The cultivation technology for VADOR involves seeding rates depending on soil moisture levels: from 45-50 thousand seeds per hectare under insufficient moisture to 55-65 thousand under adequate moisture. This allows optimizing planting density and improving resource efficiency. The seed packaging contains 150,000 seeds, which is convenient for large-scale agricultural operations. Overall, sunflower VADOR combines high yield potential, disease resistance, adaptability to adverse conditions, and suitability for various agroclimatic zones.
