The Unia MXL mineral fertilizer spreader is engineered for consistent granule distribution even at high operating speeds. The core of the unit is a two-disc system equipped with adjustable vanes. This design enables seamless adjustment of the working width (ranging from 18 to 36 meters) without compromising the spread pattern. The geometry of the vanes is optimized for gentle handling of various granule fractions, minimizing breakage and ensuring chemical integrity during application.

Engineering for Durability

At its core, the Unia MXL features a hopper constructed from high-strength steel with a powder-coat finish designed to withstand the corrosive environment of chemical fertilizers. A critical technical feature is the disc drive system; it operates through a heavy-duty gearbox protected by an overrunning clutch. This design prevents mechanical failure during sudden changes in PTO speed or in the event of foreign objects entering the dosing window.

• Dosing System: Designed to maintain a stable flow rate regardless of the remaining volume in the hopper.
• Hydraulic Control: Allows the operator to adjust application rates and manage headland shut-off directly from the tractor cab.
