Koketka

Weigela 'Coquette' – a decorative shrub growing from 1.5 to 3 meters in height and up to 2.5 meters in diameter, prized for its early and prolonged flowering. The bush has a spreading medium-density form, with a gray trunk and brown hairy shoots. Leaves are of medium size, elliptical, crinkled, green in color, with serrated edges; their petioles are short and thin.

Weigela 'Coquette' flowers are white-pink, 3.6–4 cm in diameter, gathered in inflorescences of 3–6 pieces. The inner part of the corolla is pure white, while the outer part is pink. Flowering occurs twice a year: first in May–June, then from mid-August until the onset of cold weather, with flowers changing shade from pale to saturated.

The bush is easy to grow in sunny areas and even in the shade, preferring fertile soils. It is undemanding in care: moderate watering is sufficient, especially in hot summers, to maintain active flowering. Weigela 'Coquette' is often used in gardening for creating living fences and decorative corners due to its high frost resistance and disease resistance.
