Dictyothrips is a genus of insects belonging to the order Thysanoptera and the family Thripidae. These tiny, slender insects are known for their distinct morphological features, which include characteristic wing venation patterns. The host range of Dictyothrips primarily includes ornamental plants and certain vegetable crops. These insects are polyphagous, often moving between wild host plants and cultivated crops.
