Affected crops and damage: The primary impact of this pest is observed in commercial mushroom farming, particularly in the cultivation of Agaricus bisporus (button mushrooms). Biology and life cycle: The life cycle consists of four stages: egg, larva, pupa, and adult. Adult females lay eggs in moist, organic-rich substrates.
