Description
The genus Paradromius belongs to the family Carabidae (ground beetles) within the order Coleoptera. While many ground beetles are considered beneficial predators, some species of Paradromius interact with crops in ways that can be classified as pest behavior, particularly when environmental conditions trigger population increases in agricultural fields.
These insects are typically found in various crop environments, including cereals and small-seed crops.
