Rotylenchus fallorobustus is a plant-parasitic nematode belonging to the order Tylenchida and the family Hoplolaimidae. It is widely recognized as a soil-borne pest that significantly impacts agricultural health by parasitizing the root systems of a vast array of plant species.

The host range of this nematode is remarkably broad, encompassing cereals, vegetables, ornamental plants, and various perennial crops.
