Control measures include strict phytosanitary protocols during intake, maintaining optimal temperature and moisture levels, and regular fumigation of warehouse premises. Monitoring pest population levels is effectively achieved through the use of pheromone traps, combined with regular mechanical cleaning of equipment and elevator machinery.
