Description
Systematic position. The cereal leafhopper (Zyginidia scutellaris) belongs to the order Hemiptera and the family Cicadellidae. It is a widespread pest that specifically targets various grass species and cereal crops, often causing economic losses in agricultural regions with moderate climates.
