This accumulation of toxic precursors leads to rapid cell membrane disruption and desiccation of plant tissues, eventually resulting in the death of the weeds upon exposure to light.

The product is primarily applied to cereal crops, including winter and spring wheat, barley, and oats, as well as maize. It is highly effective against challenging weed species such as common lambsquarters (Chenopodium album), species of smartweed (Polygonum), and pigweed (Amaranthus), providing a strong solution for integrated weed management programs in cereals.
