Bigroot geranium (Geranium macrorrhizum L.) is a robust perennial herb belonging to the Geraniaceae family. Originating from the mountainous regions of Southeastern Europe, including the Balkans and the Carpathians, the plant is naturally adapted to rocky and well-drained habitats.
