Ochna natalitia is an evergreen ornamental shrub or small tree belonging to the Ochnaceae family. Native to the coastal regions and forests of South Africa, the plant has evolved in subtropical environments. Botanically, Ochna natalitia is characterized by glossy, leathery leaves and striking flowers.
