Symptoms on junipers typically appear as swellings, galls, or deformed branches, which develop gelatinous orange masses under humid conditions. On the leaves and fruit of the secondary hosts, the infection manifests as distinct, bright-colored lesions, which can lead to premature defoliation and weakened plant health.
