As a parasitic organism, it feeds on host tissues, often causing systemic decline if left unmanaged by agricultural experts.

The host range of Servazziella includes various ornamental and fruit-bearing tree species. The fungus typically targets branches and stems, entering through bark wounds or pruning sites.
