Disc system mechanics

The 460 mm diameter discs feature a convex shape, providing an aggressive attack angle. This ensures clean cutting of plant residues even at shallow working depths (starting from 3 cm). Unlike traditional disc harrows, each disc is attached to the frame via individual spring dampers. In practice, this functions as an independent suspension: when hitting a stone or hard soil clump, a single disc deflects without forcing the entire section to lift. As a result, the soil horizon remains perfectly level without forming ridges or skips.
