Ipador

Apple variety Ipador is the result of crossing Jonathan and Wagner varieties. It is a medium-sized tree with a rounded, broadly oval crown, fruiting on one-year-old shoots. Flowering occurs early and lasts a long time, contributing to good fruit formation.

Fruits of the Ipador variety have a flat-round shape and medium size, with apple mass ranging from 145 to 190 grams. Fruit color is greenish-yellow with bright red, diffuse blushes or stripes. Skin is thin, glossy, with a slight waxy coating and slightly oily to the touch. Flesh is light cream or cream-colored, fine-grained, firm and juicy, with a tangy-sweet flavor.

Harvesting ripeness occurs at the beginning of October, while consumer ripeness lasts until February. Fruits store well until March in a regular cellar and until June in a refrigerator. Ipador apples are suitable for long-distance transport and fresh consumption, making them versatile and convenient for various purposes.
