ANISOVKA

Anisovka is a decorative variety of green basil, forming a compact bush 35 to 45 cm high with a semi-spreading, branched stem. The plant has small, smooth, olive-green leaves rich in essential oils, which give them a distinct and pleasant anise aroma. The mass of one plant ranges from 185 to 250 grams, making it convenient for harvesting and use in cooking.

This basil is rich in vitamins and minerals, which gives it toning properties and aids digestion. It is used as salad greens and a seasoning for meat and fish dishes, highlighting the plant's versatility and value in cuisine. Anisovka imparts a special aroma and flavor to dishes that differs from classic basil varieties.

Anisovka is grown by seedling method or direct sowing in open ground, preferring light, fertilized soils with regular watering.
