This variety is recommended for use both fresh and dried, allowing it to be utilized in home cooking and canning to impart a rich flavor and aroma to dishes. The yield of greens is 2.5-2.7 kg per square meter, ensuring a good output of product when growing.
For planting, seeds can be sown for seedlings at the end of March - beginning of April, and then the seedlings can be transplanted into open ground at the end of May - beginning of June at the phase of 5-6 true leaves with a row spacing of 30x25 cm. Direct sowing of seeds into open ground from the end of May is also possible at a depth of 1-1.5 cm, followed by thinning to a distance of 15-20 cm between plants. To obtain high-quality greens throughout the season, repeated sowings with an interval of 3 weeks are recommended until mid-July. The seeds of the variety correspond to high sowing qualities.
