Dachnik

Dachnik is a high-yield vegetable bean that matures quickly within 70‑90 days after sowing. The plant is erect and slightly branched, reaching a height of 50 to 80 cm, which makes it convenient for growing both in open ground and in containers.

Dachnik beans are straight, up to 10 cm long, with fleshy and tender pods without a parchment layer. The seeds are oval, flat, and dark purple, while they have a high protein content. At the milk-wax maturity stage, the beans are harvested for culinary use: in soups, salads, casseroles, as well as for canning and freezing.

The variety is characterized by resistance to diseases, drought, and splitting. Bean plantings repel Colorado beetles and moles, which reduces the need for chemical plant protection. Thanks to its universal application and rich taste, Dachnik becomes a popular choice for both home gardens and small commercial plantations.
