This variety is valued for its quick maturity — the crop can be harvested as early as 45 days after germination. The plant forms an upright rosette of leaves with a diameter of 20-30 cm, where the main part consists of fleshy, juicy stalks measuring 8-14 cm in length and 3-5 cm in width. The leaves are small, round-oval, with a pleasant taste and a spicy kick. The mass of one plant reaches 1-1.8 kg, with stalks making up about two-thirds of the total mass. The yield of the variety is high — up to 9 kg per square meter.

This cabbage variety is characterized by cold hardiness and is suitable for growing in open ground from early spring or in the first half of July. To obtain an extra-early crop, it is recommended to grow seedlings in greenhouses. Care for the plants includes weeding, loosening the interrows, regular watering, and protection from pests such as the cabbage flea beetle. At elevated temperatures, bolting may occur. Harvesting is carried out as the plants mature. Cabbage ALENUSHKA is versatile in application: leaves and stalks are eaten fresh, fried, stewed, and pickled, making it a dietary and healthy product.
