Cercy F1 is a medium-maturing hybrid of cabbage developed by specialists of the Dutch company Rijk Zwaan. The maturation period is 75-90 days, allowing harvest three months after transplanting seedlings to the field. The plant forms a strong rosette with a well-developed blue-green leaf canopy that effectively protects heads from sunburn, moisture, and pests. Heads are uniformly vertical, compact, oval-shaped, white, with good closure and average weight of 1.5 to 3 kg. Due to these qualities, the fruits have an attractive sweet taste without bitterness or spiciness, making them ideal for fresh consumption, as well as for thermal processing, processing, and freezing.

The Cercy F1 hybrid is characterized by high yield — 8-10 kg per square meter, and can be successfully grown both in open ground and under temporary coverings, including plastic film, agrofiber, or greenhouses.
