The key feature of this hybrid is its comprehensive defense against pathogens that traditionally erode storage profitability. Coronet exhibits significant resistance to Fusarium wilt (Fusarium oxysporum), which is critical in hot summer climates. Additionally, breeders have reinforced resistance against brown spot and thrips damage. The absence of internal leaf necrosis is a vital technical indicator that minimizes losses during processing and preparation for the fresh market.

Agrotechnical parameters and yield potential

• Growing season: 110–120 days from transplanting, allowing for strategic harvest planning to meet peak market demand.
• Head characteristics: The round shape ensures logistics efficiency. Weight ranges from 2.0 to 4.0 kg, meeting the standards for supermarkets and processing facilities.
• Planting density: A density of 30–40,000 plants per hectare is recommended. High density (35–40k) is optimal for medium-sized heads, while 30–35k is preferred for maximizing individual head weight.
