EMERALD PATTERN

Japanese cabbage of the "Emerald Pattern" variety is a mid-early salad type with a vegetation period of 50-80 days. The plant forms a powerful rosette of leaves 50-60 cm in diameter and up to 30-35 cm in height, with a mass of one plant reaching 0.5-0.6 kg. The leaves are dark green, lyrate-pinnate, tender and juicy with a slight mustard taste, which gives them special piquancy. Thanks to the decorative appearance of the leaves, this variety is not only useful but also adorns the garden or flower bed.

The variety is distinguished by high yield — from one square meter, you can collect from 5 to 7 kg of vitamin leaves. Leaves can be cut selectively, starting from a length of 10-15 cm, and this can be done several times during the season, as they grow back quickly after cutting. The cabbage is resistant to bolting and withstands both small frosts and heat well, which makes it undemanding in cultivation and suitable for various climatic conditions.

"Emerald Pattern" is recommended for use fresh for preparing salads and sandwiches, and is also suitable for hot dishes and pie fillings. A plant pulled out with roots is well stored in the refrigerator in a plastic bag for more than a week, which allows preserving freshness and useful properties. This cabbage variety is useful in avitaminosis, contributes to the prevention of oncological and cardiovascular diseases, and also improves metabolism and digestion.
