MONBLANC cabbage is a medium-maturing hybrid of white cabbage intended for open-ground cultivation. The leaf rosette is spreading with an upright position; the leaves are bluish-green with a pronounced waxy coating, providing the plant with additional protection. The heads are round, dense, and juicy, with a short inner stalk, and have a white-cream color upon cutting. The fruit weight varies from 2 to 5 kg depending on growing conditions, while the taste of the cabbage is rated as good to excellent, making it versatile for various uses.

The hybrid is distinguished by high yield and resistance to fusarium wilt, ensuring a stable harvest of quality produce.
