WHITE CABBAGE

The "White Ball" variety of cauliflower is an early-maturing variety with dense, snow-white heads of round shape, distinguished by an attractive commercial appearance and a classic sweet taste without bitterness. Head weight varies from 0.8 to 1.5 kg, making this variety in demand both for fresh market sales and industrial processing. The plant leaves are large, green, and provide good covering ability, which helps maintain fruit quality.

The "White Ball" variety is characterized by short maturation periods: 55-60 days after transplanting seedlings and 70-90 days after sowing seeds in open ground. Cultivation is possible both in open and closed ground, ensuring versatility in application. Cabbage grows well on rich, light soils and prefers sunny, wind-protected areas. The plant is resistant to temperature fluctuations and diseases, which simplifies care and increases yield stability.

For successful cultivation, it is recommended to observe crop rotation, avoiding planting after other cruciferous crops, and to ensure regular watering, soil loosening, and fertilization with organic and mineral fertilizers.
