Yarik

Yarik F1 is a mid-season cauliflower hybrid with a maturity period of 60-65 days from the transplanting of 35-day seedlings. The plant is powerful, semi-erect, with well-leafed green leaves. The heads have an oval shape, dense and finely bumpy structure, colored yellow-orange, which gives them an attractive commercial appearance. The weight of the heads ranges from 300 to 500 grams, and the plants mature simultaneously, which facilitates harvest collection.

A feature of Yarik F1 cauliflower is its high resistance to various diseases and temperature stresses, which makes the hybrid a reliable choice for growing in different climatic conditions. Due to the increased content of beta-carotene and vitamin A, this cauliflower not only has an attractive color but also improved nutritional properties. The taste quality of both fresh and processed products is excellent, which expands the possibilities of its use.

Yarik F1 cauliflower can be used fresh in salads as well as in home cooking. For early consumption, sowing for seedlings is recommended in mid-March with subsequent transplanting in May under a film. For summer and late use, the sowing dates are shifted accordingly to mid-May and the period from late June to early July. The optimal planting density is 3-4 plants per square meter, which ensures a yield of 2-2.5 kg per square meter.
