The 'Baryshnya' carrot variety is a mid-early hybrid with a period from germination to technical maturity of 100-110 days. The root is long and cylindrical, measuring 16-20 cm in length and weighing between 97 and 201 g, with a blunt base and weak tapering. It is almost completely buried in the soil, which promotes high-quality formation. The leaves are of medium length, green, and finely dissected, forming a semi-spreading rosette. The core and rind of the root have a rich orange color, while the flesh is tender, juicy, and has an excellent taste. The variety type belongs to the Berlinum/Nantes group. 'Baryshnya' carrots are characterized by a high content of dry matter (13.7-14.6%), total sugars (8.4-9.6%), and carotene — up to 20.2 mg per 100 g of raw product, making them particularly healthy and delicious. The commercial yield of the hybrid ranges from 226-365 c/ha, with maximum indicators up to 412 c/ha, and the output of commercial product is 77-89%. The hybrid is resistant to cracking and bolting, which enhances quality and crop preservation. 'Baryshnya' carrots are recommended for a wide range of applications: fresh consumption, canning, freezing, winter storage, and cultivation for bunch products.
