The root crop has a conical shape with a blunt base, a length of about 20-22 cm, and a bright orange color both on the outside and inside. The surface of the root crop is weakly ribbed, the core is of medium size and orange. Leaves are long, green, and medium incised, which is characteristic of this variety. The mass of one root crop varies from 150 to 193 grams, which ensures good market appeal.

The Boyarskaya variety is distinguished by high taste qualities, which are evaluated as good and excellent. The composition of root crops contains up to 11.0% dry matter, 7.8% total sugar, and up to 13.0 mg of carotene per 100 grams of raw product, which makes the carrot not only tasty but also nutritious. Thanks to the high market yield, reaching 410-556 centners per hectare, and the output of marketable products within 84-89%, this variety is profitable for cultivation.

BoyarSKaya carrot is recommended for consumption in fresh form, as well as for winter storage and sale in bundled products. The variety is characterized by stable yield and uniformity of root crops, which facilitates their sorting and sale. Thanks to its ability for long-term storage, the carrot maintains its taste and nutritional qualities for a long time, making it a versatile product for various purposes.
