The root crop is distinguished by its bright purple coloring with a contrasting orange core, giving it a striking appearance when cut. The root crop has an elongated-conical shape, pointed, even, and smooth, 13–15 cm long, 4–5 cm in diameter, and weighs from 80 to 160 g.
