GOLDEN WITCH

Golden Witch — an early-maturing carrot variety with rich canary-yellow coloration that imparts sunniness and brightness to dishes. The roots are conical, smooth, straight, and uniform, 15 to 20 cm long and weighing 100-150 grams. The pulp is juicy, crisp, and sweet, softer and sweeter in taste than traditional orange carrots. A feature of the variety is its rich content of xanthophylls and lutein — pigments beneficial for eye health.
