Description
Purple Sun boasts excellent taste qualities: the roots are juicy and sweet, making them ideal for fresh consumption, juice preparation, as well as braising, boiling, and baking. During thermal processing, the carrot retains its bright pigment, expanding its culinary usage possibilities. The hybrid is highly resistant to root cracking and bolting, tolerant of adverse weather conditions, and moderately resistant to carrot black spot (Pythium spp.).
Purple Sun carrot is suitable for growing in open ground, adapts well to various climatic conditions, and is recommended for use both fresh and for winter storage. The recommended sowing density is 1 g per 3 m², which ensures a yield of up to 9 kg per square meter. Due to its qualities and resistance, this hybrid is an excellent choice for gardeners and homeowners seeking a tasty and healthy crop.
