The roots of this variety are large, even, conical with a blunt tip. Root length varies from 17 to 25 cm, diameter is 5-6 cm, and weight reaches 100-150 g. The flesh is dark-orange, tasty, and seedless, making it attractive for various uses. This carrot variety is intended for fresh consumption, processing, and long-term winter storage. The roots have smooth skin and bright orange color, indicating high beta-carotene content — a source of vitamin A. Moreover, «Regulskaya» carrot is rich in vitamin E, K, B-group vitamins, as well as minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, and iron. Due to its easy digestibility, it is ideal for consumption as a healthy snack, salad ingredient, or addition to soups and hot dishes. For planting «Regulskaya» carrot, seeds should be sown directly into the permanent location from April to May, with row spacing of 30-45 cm and plant spacing of 5-6 cm within rows. Optimal soils are light, humus-rich, moist sandy-clay soils with low nitrogen content. Harvest is ready in October.
