NADEZHDA DIDENKO

The small-flowered chrysanthemum variety "Nadezhda Didenko" is an upright bush 95-110 cm tall with dense foliage and a fast-growing structure. The flower heads have a cylindrical shape, loose structure, and a diameter of 7-8 cm; up to 100-110 flowers form on one plant. The flowers are non-double, raspberry-colored with white edging, and have a medium aroma. The period from the start of vegetation to the beginning of flowering is about 220 days; flowering lasts approximately 16 days, starting on October 20, reaching its mass peak by October 28, and ending on November 12. The cut flowers are well-preserved with a durability of about 10 days, making the variety attractive for use in decorative purposes and floristics. The "Nadezhda Didenko" variety is characterized by good winter hardiness and strong heat tolerance, while drought tolerance is rated as moderate. The plant has moderate resistance to diseases and pests, which facilitates care. It is recommended for cultivation in both open and closed ground, especially in subtropical zones where it demonstrates its best qualities as a cut-flower variety.
