RADIK GAREEV

Korean Chrysanthemum variety «Radik Gareev» is a compact bush with a height and diameter of about 50 cm, featuring a closed form and medium foliage. The leaves are dark green, smooth, and hairless, while the flower stalks are distinguished by high strength, ensuring the stability of inflorescences against damage. The inflorescences are double-free, dense, with a diameter of about 6 cm, bright red in color with a light aroma and slow fading, which maintains its decorative appeal throughout the flowering period.

The period from the beginning of vegetation to the start of flowering is approximately 65 days, with flowering starting in early July and lasting about 111 days, reaching mass flowering by early August. Thanks to these characteristics, the variety provides long and abundant flowering, making it attractive for use in ornamental gardening.

The variety «Radik Gareev» is distinguished by high resistance to adverse weather conditions, diseases, and pests. It is heat-tolerant and moderately drought-resistant, as well as having medium winter hardiness, which allows for successful cultivation in the central region of Russia and the forest-steppe of the Pre-Urals. In case of extreme winter conditions, the plant may freeze completely, but it easily recovers from cuttings rooted in a greenhouse, ensuring the preservation of the variety and its further propagation.
