ZAGIR ISMAGILOV

Korean Chrysanthemum 'Zagir Ismagilov' is the result of long-term breeding work conducted in the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Botanical Garden-Institute of the Ufa Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. This variety belongs to the Korean hybrid group and is characterized by its compact bush size, reaching a height of 42 cm and a diameter of about 50 cm. The leaves are green, and the flower stems are sturdy, ensuring resistance to various unfavorable conditions.

The inflorescences of the 'Zagir Ismagilov' chrysanthemum are semi-double, white, with a diameter of about 5 cm, and have a medium-intensity aroma. Flowering begins in mid-summer, around July 10, and lasts for about 87 days, making this variety attractive for long-term decorative use. Thanks to its resistance to diseases and pests, as well as to unfavorable weather conditions, the variety is recommended for growing in the middle belt of Russia.

Despite its moderate winter hardiness, the variety is susceptible to snow damage, so for its successful cultivation, it is recommended to choose areas with less snow accumulation. The compact shape and decorative qualities make 'Zagir Ismagilov' an excellent choice for small gardens and creating attractive floral compositions.
